This place suits me perfectly, offering great Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a helpful 24-hour reception. The staff once gave me valuable taxi tips that I still remember. I recommend this hotel for a stress-free stay. I'm coming back for Easter!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy room and great shower pressure. Breakfast had a nice variety, and I loved the view at breakfast. Would definitely choose this place again!

Everything was perfect in this perfect hotel. Extremely pleasant and well-maintained room, well equipped bathroom with a bath. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Very nice stay, as always.

The personnel was great, helped with every issue. The location is also good. Only 15 or even less mins walk from all main brussels attractions. You don't need to spend a cent on transportation as you can walk everywhere. The room was warm which was handy considering the cold weather in December. And my room had a bathroom which was also great as apparently not every room has it
Here comes the negative: the room had dust, lots of it was on lights next to my bed. Luckily I don't have asthma but afraid it might be a problem for some. I think that the administration should organise cleaning better. The room itself was very small, although I have to admit it was ok for a single person. Hope, that rooms for couples are slighter bigger, otherwise yo will bump into each other non-stop. The Internet did not work at first which was annoying as they promise free wifi everywhere in the hotel. After trying to connect for almost an hour, I had to call to the reception to ask them to fix the problem. As said above, the personnel was quick and efficient. Don't know why and perhaps it is just due to a poor isolation but the bathroom was a bit chilly. While it might be great in summer time, it was not extmely pleasant with a minus temperature outside.

Ideal for small groups who appreciate convenience
Location was good for our needs a short walk from the grand place. The breakfast was decent enough, and the staff at least were responsive when we had questions.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable given the amenities.
